Contractual Clarifications and Definitions

We clarify the terms and conditions underlying our competitive intelligence services to eliminate any ambiguity in the interpretation of reports and strategic recommendations.

01

What does "advanced competitive analysis" mean?

By "advanced competitive analysis" we mean the detailed mapping of at least 15 direct and indirect competitors, assessing market share by product segment, and identifying their operational vulnerabilities. We do not include speculative forecasts without a verified database.

02

How is commercial risk calculated in predictive models?

Commercial risk is estimated based on three main variables: demand volatility over the last 12 months, exposure to currency fluctuations, and the degree of supplier concentration. The result is expressed on a scale from 1 (minimum risk) to 5 (critical risk). We do not offer absolute guarantees regarding future events.

03

What does the differentiated positioning strategy cover?

The strategy includes defining at least three unique brand attributes, analyzing consumer perception based on at least 200 interviews, and recommendations for adjusting the marketing mix. We do not guarantee an immediate increase in market share, only the delivery of a documented and actionable plan.

04

What is the validity period of the reports?

Competitive intelligence reports are valid for 90 days from the date of delivery, after which we recommend an update, as market data and competitor behavior change. We assume no responsibility for decisions made based on information older than this period.

05

What personal data do we collect during analyses?

In the research process, we collect exclusively aggregated and anonymized data about consumers, without storing names, email addresses, or other personally identifiable information. We comply with the GDPR and our privacy policy available on the website.

06

How can I request a correction of an interpretation in the report?

Any discrepancy reported within 15 working days of receiving the report is analyzed by our team of specialists. If the error is confirmed, we correct the document at no additional cost and return it within a maximum of 5 working days.
